GRAPHIC DESIGN

UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI

TO SEE WITHOUT SEEING

TO SEE WITHOUT SEEING is a short film which prompts the viewer to consider various aspects of mass media, and how it influences our perspectives on others, ourselves, the world, and the relationships between. Most of the film consists of a candid yet sincere conversation on the psychology and philosophy of media.

This project was the result of the final (and most open-ended) communication design project I undertook during my time at the University of Cincinnati. From concept to construction, it took the better part of year to complete, although the bulk of the work in actually producing the video was completed in the last two months on account of my encounter with severe technical difficulties that set me back almost entirely. The product stands as a testament to the value of perserverance.
